Shipping policy
All of our products are shipped using a secure, tracked delivery method. Shipping costs apply to every order, regardless of order value. We do not offer free shipping.
For orders outside the European Union, import duties, local taxes and customs clearance charges may apply. Any charges collected at checkout are identified in your order total. Otherwise, applicable import charges are payable by the recipient and are not included in the shipping fee. Please review the information shown at checkout before payment.
The shipping charge for your delivery address is shown at checkout before payment.
Pre-orders dispatch from 31 October 2026. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link by email. Carrier delivery times begin after dispatch and vary by destination.
You may request cancellation before your item is shipped by emailing info@blckworksociety.com. Please contact us promptly for any order adjustments. Your statutory cancellation and return rights remain unaffected. See our Return and Refund Policy.

We currently ship only to the destinations listed above, subject to address availability at checkout. The maximum shipment weight is 5 kg. Orders above this limit cannot be shipped through checkout.
Please note that during promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.
We process orders from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on the weekend will be processed the following business day.
In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email info@blckworksociety.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
